The kitchen and outdoor grill was perfect for our holiday cooking. We loved the pool and hot tub. The location was perfect for both neighborhood walks and access to downtown old Palm Springs. We couldn’t control heat in bedrooms or casita. The casita blew cold air - fine for sleeping but otherwise uncomfortable. Two main house bedrooms were too warm, one was too cold. Lots of room for everybody. Most everything was perfect; a few items need maintenance- but appear to be working on those. Beds are good. Kitchen is nice, could be better equipped. The neighborhood is dead quiet and an easy 1 mile walk to downtown. Plenty of options closer by, too. Trailheads for hikes along the base of San Jacinto are just a few blocks away. We loved the luxurious atmosphere, the spaciousness, and quiet. The house is beautiful, set amongst tall palm trees on a corner lot in a lovely neighbourhood. There is so much outdoor space to enjoy with this house and the inside is exactly as pictured. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee either watching all the birds in the back yard or in the lounge space looking right up into the mountains. For us, the location was perfect as it is so close to downtown Palm Springs but also super close to the Tram, the trails into Indian Canyon and even the Farmers Market on Saturday. We did a mix of dinners out as well as "at home" and the grill worked great and we had all the supplies we needed to have wonderful dinners dining outside of evenings. We will be back! ##### Diane O.
