The Summit features a private pool and spa with expansive mountain, golf course and valley views, outdoor fire pit, outdoor sonos sound system, putting green, billiards, ping pong, BBQ and your very own theater room furnished with a 10ft movie screen! Oversized vehicles are not permitted. We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests' and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? Yes! The entire property both inside and out is filled with speakers that are setup in different zones so you can enjoy it wherever you are and even have different music playing in different areas. To use, simply download the Sonos app and connect to our Wi-Fi system. You can then control your music from Spotify, Apple Music and more. Due to city regulations though, the outdoor music speakers will not work between the hours of 9PM and 8AM (the indoor ones will though). Please note that bringing your own outdoor speakers is strictly forbidden unless pre-approved by management and could result in a $5000 fine from the city of Palm Desert. DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet. The property has exterior security cameras for guest safety and home protection. We had a few issues with the hot tub being poorly maintained and mice in the house. The host was great and promptly got folks out the same day but it would have been better to not have to had issues in the first place. ##### James C. I chose this spot because it looked like it had a lot of amenities because we were hoping not to really leave the house for the majority of our stay. I'm so glad we chose this spot because there were so many things to do. We definitely utilized the pool, ping pong table, and movie room the most. The internet was fast enough to handle all of the children who spent the evenings gaming or streaming movies. We had 9 to our party and pretty sure it could have easily handled more. The only downside is that the dishwasher is hard to get to work, we had to use a spoon to activate it when it was shut and it took us a day to figure that out. Other minor thing is that it appears as though there's a garage to park cars out of the sun, but it's an illusion - that's the theater room, there's no covered parking, which means cars are baking in the hot sun all day. We had plenty of room to spread out and we loved the house so much that we didn't even leave. We had our groceries delivered and hired a private chef to take care of us for the the weekend. The house has so many fun unique corners to take photos in or places to just take a nap. We all just ended up relaxing the entire time and felt like royalty.
