Very comfortable with all the amenities that you could need. It did rain a bit so we did not use the outside as much as we might have with warmer weather. We were still able to use the pool and spa. The kitchen is well stocked to make cooking anything you need a breeze. We loved the view from the kitchen window. The tv/soundbar remote was a little confusing but we figured it out. We had a great time playing ping pong too.
