So I totally check in at weird times because I'm the graveyard shift server at Denny's so I get off work at like 6:00 a.m. and well that's way early check in they always do it no problem and on top of that the guy didn't have my room available so he upgraded me for free which ended up being a very nice room with a fridge and a microwave.

Its a motel 6 what can I say. The room was ok and clean but we had 4 people in our room and were given only 2 large towels. Only there 1 night but I would stay again if I needed to come just for a night.

Arrival: difficult to find office in the inside of a courtyard and no sign to it. Edgar the guy on staff insisted I didn’t have a reservation there. He would not check there first to see. He was not helpful, friendly or He sent me to another Motel 6 which sis not have me there. The lady at the other Motel 6 at my begging her, called the original place and I did have a reservation at it I had to wheel and deal for a first or second story room. They only have first and second story. The photo of a giant building in the website is completely wrong. So were other things: you could not turn off the cold fan and it is 55 outside Great: the maintenance man is kindly showed me where the office was the first time and walked over with me. The security guard was so helpful and friendly

The person in the room above me was mentally deranged! They paced up and down the floor all night! Dropping things on the floor and making noise! The lobby staff and the people hanging around did not give off good vibes! I would not stay there again!

There was a line to check in and it took about 15 min. to be helped. There was only one person at the front desk checking In, but another person sitting at the desk. Not once did he offer to help the gentleman with check ins. As I was being checked in, I noticed lots of random people just hanging out loitering. One man seemed to look homeless and really drunk and no one doing anything about it. He was pushing a cart with a mattress on it. That should have been my clue to leave right then and there but I decided to see the room for myself and give it one more chance. Well it was a disaster. The shower drain had been stopped up and everything came up into the shower. And flooded the room. After that I went to ask for a refund! It was disgusting. I took pictures and will be doing a review on it in more detail.

We were given our room keys and got to the room and someone was in our room smoking. Went back to the front desk and they didn’t say anything just gave us a different room. Did not feel safe and little annoyed we were not given a reason why that happened or an apology.

I was there four nights for Indian Wells tennis tournament and price was more of a consideration than amenities. The room was clean which was most important to me. The "extras" were two bars of soap, towels, ice machine, vending machine, laundry and coffee in the morning. There was no housekeeping unless requested. I brought my own towels, washcloths and comforter so that was fine. The location was great for hiking and grocery (Ralph's) and fast food was a mile away. It was half an hour from tennis venue so next time I will look for something closer. Overall, it worked well for my needs.

It is very sloppy. The room was not fully clean, dust, under the bathroom sink and everywhere dirty, barely cleaned room. No shampoo, no nothing, just a piece of soap. Coffee in the lobby. We stayed there because it was the only one available that didn’t cost $500 per night. There was a lot happening in Palm Springs this particular weekend. It was not cheap. I have stayed at motel 6 before and they were really basic and clean. Not this one.

I like for Motel 6 very best that look good one too very nice to your welcome .. people's smile .that good cool. I knew . Yes I am deaf. But every my safe clean yes could call like some twos day just at dirty for maid service clean the room . Good for like weeks. Just add for five days too for just weeks . That .good . This is reasonable place to stay in Palm Springs if you are on a budget. They do not provide any toiletries other than a mini bar of soap. Showers are very small and not convienent but again it is a budget hotel and Tom Bodet has left the light on

The staff was polite- on-the-ball at the front desk. Travel mates were solid conflict pain-in-the-ass guys but THAT WAS NOT THE HOTELS FAULT. This is a note to the hotel - you're very dog friendly I think people bring their pets there as such you need a couple extra benches and dog areas so people could sit down and socialize a little bit while the dogs run around and you need to put bags in your poop bag dispenser that's really important and for some reason your television never works. Not to the people at Large none of this really matters in the big scheme of things the hotel is fine it's a motel 6 it does what it's supposed to do and it's actually kind of fun late at night.

The management was rude. . Changed my room in a very high handed and abrupt manner partway through my stay for no apparent reason. Perhaps the worst hotel stay I have had in a great many years. The hotel itself wasn’t bad in terms of cleanliness, location etc, it’s a typical Motel 6.
