If a luxurious palm springs getaway is what you desire, then Modern Posh vacation rental will provide the perfect retreat. Located in a corner lot of a quiet street with fence enclosure for absolute privacy. This grand property offers 4 bedrooms in the main house, 1 bedroom in the casita, 4 ½ baths and a large resort style backyard! Behind the distinctive blue gate is the ultimate vacation property. Midcentury modern inspired furnishings welcome you as you enter the threshold in the spacious dining area. Wood paneling accented wall defines the living room. The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors allow for an indoor-outdoor living and view of the pool so you are not isolated from the outdoor action. Watch TV from the kitchen while preparing meals in the open layout. The kitchen is well-appointed, and the large quartz countertop is a perfect spot to gather around, prep and serve those delicious meals. Wallpaper accents lend a unique character to each bedroom. Striking geometric tiling in bathrooms compliment the bedrooms. The primary ensuite features a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads and mood lighting. Easy access from the kitchen to the large built-in grill outside. Delight in in the pool fountains and waterfall cascading while cooking up burgers and steaks. Enjoy dining al fresco by the poolside in the outdoor dining table with umbrella. The location is ideal, close to everything yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. The interior design is stunning, modern, stylish, and thoughtfully decorated throughout. Every room felt like a magazine spread! The beds were super comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, which made getting ready a breeze.The backyard was definitely a highlight, with plenty of seating, a great layout, and the perfect spot to relax in the sunshine or enjoy a meal outdoors. Communication with the property management company was excellent, they were responsive, professional, and made everything easy from start to finish.The only issue we experienced was a sewer smell in the casita, but we picked up a few air fresheners and were still able to enjoy the space. And the house booking said on street parking was available but the city ordinance says no street parking. So just be aware. But the neighborhood is quiet and a close enough walk to downtown. The guys left most days to golf, and we all embraced the games, heated pool, hot tub, grill, laundry and local amenities. I booked this place for our group, and we drew cards to choose rooms. We chose the casita out back and absolutely loved it! The main en suite was huge and the couple who had it were quite pleased. The other en suite was great also, plenty of room but half the size of the main. Then the short straw went to the two bedrooms down the hall with one bathroom - they got their pick of bedroom and were the only ones who had to walk out in the hall to access their restroom. We all agreed that we wanted our own bathrooms, so it all worked out, but if you come with 4 couples, consider a sliding scale for the casita and main en suite maybe chipping in a little extra. Modern Posh was the perfect house for our annual Empty Nester trip with 3 other couples. Each couple had their own full bathroom and there was plenty of room for us in the beautifully appointed inside, as well as the amazing backyard with heated pool, hot tub, large seating area, outdoor dining, outdoor kitchen and firepit.
