The place was clean and had nice amenities. We did have to ask special permission to use the fireplace which apparently was taken off the list of available amenities after I booked. They did accommodate us though, which was very nice. The only minor complaint I can think of is that there were no extra garbage bags available after the first ones were full, so pretty minor. Other than that it really was a very nice property and very comfortable for the three of us. I would recommend to others. ##### John R. However, the backyard furniture was very dirty and the umbrellas did not open or work and fell into the pool twice while we were in there. Also, the AC was not working the first night and the fan in the master bedroom was not turning on. The master bathroom lights continued to dim down as someone was showering. There was no bright backyard lights only the small one next to the sliding door. Loved the pool and the privacy of the backyard with beautiful mountain view’s. The house was very comfortable with everything we needed for our time there. Location is close to everything in Palm Springs. If you are a mid-century modern architecture nerd, this location and surrounding neighborhood wI’ll be right up your alley. Would book again.
