Whether entering through the open floor plan of the living room, from the master suite, or the recreation room, you are sure to fall in love with the backyard of this home featuring an oversize saline swimming pool and an above-ground spa that will be the perfect setting to bask in the sunshine. Enjoy a glass of wine in the spa and take in the amazing views and star covered nights. The yard also includes a firepit, bocce ball court, six lounge chairs, an outdoor living room for six, and a gas BBQ grill for an evening cookout. When it is time to head inside, the recreation room is just off the kitchen boasting a comfy seating area with a flatscreen TV and a ping-pong table. Mealtimes will be a breeze in the open-style chef kitchen fully equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy and prepare your favorite recipes. Plus, each room is filled with modern charm and vibrant colors for each person to experience their own piece of paradise. There is an optional fee to heat the pool at this home.
