The property grounds were beautiful and well kept and we enjoyed the activities on site like yoga. However, the room when we checked it was quite dirty. There was literally a pile of dirt on one of the chairs and the towels had stains on them. In addition our safe was broken and they would not fix it when we weren’t in the room so we spent overall a couple of hours waiting in the room doing nothing in order to have that fixed. The location was great and allowed us to explore lots of palm desert and Palm Springs.

The property is a beautiful setting but does not believe in having in-person conversations, relying on Ai machines. They would not allow us to have 1 more hour (from 10 to 11am). There is no daily service included with the room rate.

Coming from the snow on the east coast, you can't beat the weather. The grounds (and golf course) wear beautiful, the staff friendly and our stay was better than what we had expected.

I loved the scenery of the golf course, the privacy of my balcony, and it was fairly quiet! ( although I could hear someone snoring on the other side of the wall!) The pools were beautiful and the check in clerks were very efficient and helpful. I really appreciated being able to have a late checkout and be able to use the pool since my flight was later in the day.

We will be back!
What I love about this type of place is it allows us to do what we want, unlike a hotel with a single room. My wife loves to sleep in and I get up early. I can leave the bedroom and do what I want without disturbing her. The room condo was spaciously set up. We will come again next time we are in Palm Dessert.

The property was great. Large , Clean, contemporary rooms a short walk to the pool. Po was clean and my kids were the only thing that wasn’t quiet or peaceful(sorry). Big, modern tv’s. The pullout couch my kids slept on was memory foam and they were comfortable. My only issue is if you are travelling with kids, do what you can to stay in the main area of desert springs II. We were in the Jasmine Court area and it is disconnected from the amenities for kids that I had hoped to use when I booked here. If I went to Palm Springs again, I would absolutely book here again.

The property was great, very clean and spacious. I decided to take a solo travel trip for the first time and this area made me feel completely safe not only myself but the rental vehicle that I had. Watching the security make their rounds, confirmed my safety. Thanks Marriott! I look forward to saying here again in the future!
