Location was good , the entire check in process was horrible. Communication between staff members and also personal treatment towards my husband and I was insulting. We were downgraded because we were not current members of the property , made to wait and entire day to check into a room that was empty but due to being treated as lower class and given a complete run around letting the members have a choice in room , we got a room that wasn’t very clean had broken areas , limited dishes, not very good appliances and very outdated . Booked a room with king bed got given a room with two queens . Not much for amenities on property. The entire check in made for an awkward uncomfortable week stay. Will not ever stay with a diamond resort again being treated like we were . Could use some proper hotel training for all staff, especially management and include transparency .
