Lima Modern was all that and more! the house is clean, well appointed, and in a cozy, quiet neighborhood. Francie was the consummate host. from the very start, she was patient and answered all questions. working with her was easy, and comfortable. she made us feel right at home in her lovely little home. i would recommend this property to any and all who are looking to relax in a beautiful, quiet setting. we will most certainly be back!! ##### Julia R.
