This immaculate, professionally-designed villa with a private courtyard and impressive backyard invites comfort, luxury and exudes modern elegance. With 5-bedrooms, 4.5 baths, generous living space and stylish finishes, you'll enjoy a perfect getaway for hosting family & friend while relaxing & entertaining.  
  
Enjoy gatherings in the modern living/dining area graced by a large fireplace, expansive windows and glass door that leads out to the large backyard. There are beautiful hardwood floors and plenty of natural light flow throughout the home's open, airy layout. Other special highlights include a modern fireplace, rich stacked stone media wall, designer lighting and ceiling fans, brand new washer/dryer. The recently-renovated gourmet kitchen will inspire your inner chef with its granite counters, breakfast bar with seating and all new stainless steel appliances.  
  
This modern backyard retreat was designed to entertain with multiple seating areas, two large dining tables and lounge chairs for 6\. There is a fireplace and lounge area in the front courtyard in addition to the built in fire pit in the backyard. Looking to grill some burgers and chill your beer? Enjoy the custom built in BBQ island with grill, mini fridge and burner.  
  
To further your entertainment options, enter the transformed garage space turned into the perfect game room! Custom painted walls, epoxy flooring and tons of games! Enjoy shuffle board, foosball, poker/chess/checkers table and ping pong without leaving the comforts of your desert oasis.   
  
The primary suite has its own private bath plus a huge walk-in closet with shelving system and drawers. There is a co-primary suite at the back of the villa, with walk-in closet and private ensuite bath. The private entrance casita in the front courtyard offers an ensuite tile bath with a tub and shower. There are 4 additional bedrooms, one king suite, two queen bedrooms and another with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have 50+ inch smart TVs with DirecTV, AC, heating and premium wifi.

We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests' and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.

Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?  
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability.   
  
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?  
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.   
  
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?  
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.   
  
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?  
Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.  
  
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?  
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.   
  
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.  
  
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?  
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.   
  
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?  
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to!   
  
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?  
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.

Great house with plenty of rooms and space for our group. The pool was awesome for cooling off and all the games kept the group busy and entertained. I would recommend this house.

#### Fantastic house, grounds, pool, and fruit trees!

The only small issue was the hot tub didn’t work and we weren’t able to use it until 24 hours into the stay, other than that it was wonderful.

This home far beyond exceeded my expectations. It was immaculate, beautifully decorated and the backyard is paradise. We had such an incredible time staying there and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the Indio/Palm Springs area. The grounds are also gorgeous and very well kept. I knew the home would be gorgeous based on the photos but they didn't even compare to seeing it in real life. Thank you Jen!

#### Couldn’t have been more perect!

Just stayed here with a group of 16 college friends. This house was perfect for us! It is very nicely decorated inside and the backyard is outstanding. Jen and Kamila were both great to work with too. Very friendly, responsive, and professional! All 16 of us would recommend this place to anyone!!

#### AMAZING!

We had a group of 13 of us for a girls weekend getaway in early June and had an amazing stay at the property. Our group was blown away by how gorgeous the house is!! The house easily accommodated a party of our size and had plenty of spots by the pool for lounging. Also has an amazing game room in the garage with shuffleboard, pool, darts and ping pong which was great when we wanted to be out of the sun. Was a great location with several grocery stores close by (Ralphs, Costco, Bevmo), and not too far from downtown La Quinta when we wanted to adventure out for dinner. Jen was incredibly professional and very responsive to all our questions, and called to check in shortly after we arrived to see if we had any questions. She also recommended a private chef who cooked dinner one night for the 13 of us, and it was delicious! Can't recommend this property enough - was such a memorable stay! Hope to be back soon!!

#### Perfect getaway for groups

We booked this place for a bachelorette weekend in Palm Springs. It far exceeded our expectations - it felt like our own private estate. It is not only designed beautifully, it is functional as well - from the comfy beds and pool towels to a BBQ and SmartTV. The pool was amazing. We even hosted a dinner on the outdoor patio. The house was large enough to accommodate 16 girls, but still felt intimate and cozy at the same time. The place is very well maintained and clean (I'm a bit of a stickler for these things). Jen was also a terrific host - super responsive and professional throughout. We loved every minute of our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to take a group trip to Palm Springs!!

#### Perfect get-away

Every Mother's Day weekend a group of Moms head to the desert for the R&R. This home is very beautiful, nicely appointed, and a comfortable home for 14 people. Every room is nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable, and the backyard/pool is spacious and inviting. It is the perfect home for a weekend get-away!

The house is great! Pool is wonderful. Plenty of parking. We had a great time celebrating a 40th birthday over a long weekend. Jennifer was super helpful. We highly recommend this house and would love to stay again.
