We are one of the most inexpensive 2-1/2 or 3 star hotels in Palm Desert. We offer free parking and free Wi-Fi. We are not fancy but we take good care of our guests. We are an extremely good value. Please think of us on your next stay in the desert.

A very pretty motel...old building but kept up nicely. We had a tiny room booked on short notice but the others apppeared bigger from the outside. We even had a little balcony overlooking the pool. We purchased a wonderful breakfast burrito made by Rachelle right off the griddle! Very personable, lovely people here.

It is a nice quiet and cozy facility. The rooms needs some renovation, such as new kitchen or replacing broking tiles in bathroom. overall ,we had a good time staying there.

Staff didnt have my room ready at 130 as I had asked in advance. At 2pmish my room was ready. Staff, room, inn, location, parking, pool and amenities was amazing and welcomin. Definitely coming back

I very much was surprised at the overall value and attention to detail at this property. Little things that you might not expect at this price point, like flower arrangements in a corner, the overall size of the room being much larger, a very nice pool, a deck where you can go out and sit, the cleanliness of the older appliances. When you get on the porch, you see a little view of the mountains, and maybe even a sunset if you're at the right time. And also it was extremely quiet! In the mornings they have a lady outback making $7 custom burritos if you want to partake in it, but also around the corner is a local joint called John's which is a classic diner.

The place is really cute and quaint. I like that it’s basically a studio apartment with two doors, back door providing direct access to the pool and the front door providing access to the parking. Staff was super friendly. We would return for sure.

We will look at the refrigerator and replace it if necessary. Request a downstairs room on your next stay and we can avoid the stairs. Sorry about the loud guests, please let us know if there is a problem with other guests as we have a 10pm noise curfew to ensure all of our guests get a good nights sleep.

Old. Outdated. I was in one of the suites and as soon as I walked I noticed there was a strong ‘animal’ order. I asked to be moved, thinking to a similar suite but I was literally in a room against the office. I heard the loud noises ALL NIGHT. The constant phone ringing. The receptionist checking people in. It’s an old spot that is shady in many ways. Hot tub and pool are nice and doable. I would not recommend and I most definitely won’t return. I left a day early. I couldn’t stand it anymore.

I have nothing nice to say about this property. The room was so run down and old. From the old fashioned light switches, bedroom TV not working, old kitchenette, uncomfortable bed with no alarm clock or phone. The bathroom from ultra bright LED lights to the old bathtub and the pathetic shower. It felt like poor student accommodation but for over $300 a night. What a joke! Never again at this B&B hotel. I say that as there is no one there at night and if you check in after 6pm you have to make arrangements for a drop box key. This place is an antiquated 1950's establishment with no place in the 21st century. Stay Clear!

I am not sure what you mean by old fashioned light switches, the tv worked fine after you left so I can only assume that you had set something in front of the eye that receives the signal from the remote. Had you let us know we would have gladly come and checked that for you. Simply changing the shower setting may have resolved those issues.

The Inn is conveniently located and fairly comfortable. The small kitchenette is a good feature. The room could have been cleaner; one of the plastic cups in the bathroom had dirt in it, and the drawers smelled. The biggest problem, though, was the humidity in the room. Everything was damp the whole time we were there — clothing, books, and anything paper.

The hotel is a bit older but it has been kept up well. The rooms are large with everything you need to never leave the property. The pool and loungers were amazing. We will stay again soon. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Place was nice but they had construction extremely early in the morning. Granted we were the unit right next door to where we they started construction. The noise level was unbearable and nothing was done to reduce noise levels. They did not care about us sleeping. Horrible experience.

This is a nice, older hotel that has mostly been updated. We stayed in a king bed suite with a kitchenette. The kitchenette was great to have, especially for breakfast. The balcony was also very nice for sitting in the sun and looking over the pool area.
