The home was stunning, thoughtfully stocked, and incredibly comfortable. The host was outstanding—responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.The kids were thrilled with the arcade room, pool table, and of course, the pool! The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and we really appreciated having shampoo and conditioner provided in each shower.The outdoor space felt like a private resort—we especially enjoyed the grill and spacious dining table, which made meals with our group extra special.This is hands down the best vacation rental our family has ever stayed at, and we can’t wait to return! ##### Rachel S. Good location, very clean, and lot of activities available at the house. When booking, ask about the additional fees beyond the standard VRBO fees, as well as the contract so you don't get caught off guard. The managers/owners were very helpful and incredibly responsive. We rented this home for a family get together including six adults and it was perfect. Great location and the outdoor area is fabulous. We were celebrating my niece's 40th, and I doubt we could have found a better venue to make her feel as special as she is. We will most definitely visit again!!! The owners were absolutely fabulous to work with, and other than the USC gear throughout the house, (yes, I am a Bruin!!) We booked this property so that we could relax and enjoy the sunshine without feeling like we needed to leave each day like one does with the condo rental. We had our family of 4 plus our friends’ family of three and everyone had their own space. Kids had plenty to do at the house between the game room, the swimming pool, and pool table. The kitchen had just about every appliance and tool we could ever need. A big bonus was the privacy, we couldn’t hear the neighbors and as far as I know, they couldn’t hear us. Lastly, we enjoyed the proximity to town, walking each day to our gym, or driving and parking at the free parking garage in town. ##### Wendy C. The house is beautiful, the master bed/bath are very impressive and the pool is just right. The kitchen is fully equipped for just about any chef. We felt we were staying at a friend's place for the week. Kids and adults enjoyed the game room and pool table every day. The pool and hot tub were warm and well maintained. I have stayed in multiple vacation rentals. This home was decorated and equipped with everything and more that is needed for a perfect stay. Also having so much space was wonderful. The kitchen is stocked (and organized) for the cooking expertise and beverage likes of everyone. It is big enough for three cooks to work together, and the range/oven easily handled the meal needs of our eight adults, plus there is the gas grill by the pool. The pool and spa are perfect all through the day and evening. The en suites provide privacy and quiet. The game room is not just fun for kids, every age will enjoy it. The outdoor dining adjacent to the kitchen is the crowning touch. Our entire family (10), including the two infants enjoyed every moment of our 6 days. Our host, Curt, and the manager, Allan, were always responsive and friendly. You could sense they truly wanted you to enjoy the home and wanted to help make that happen. ##### Mary B. This house is absolutely gorgeous! So convenient to everything but secluded enough that you have privacy. The pictures of this house do not do it justice. The house is stunning. We had 8 adults for a girls weekend and it was more than comfortable. The pool and game room are a must to enjoy at this house. The outside dining table is also amazing. The house was ready early and he let us know so we could arrive early and get our vacation started. I appreciated him meeting us and reviewing the house, thermostats, pool/spa, etc. The whole family fits around the dining room table which is always a requirement for me. The game room and great spaces outside allowed us to spend a lot of time just hanging out which was the whole point of this vacation. The kitchen was very well stocked. Everything was perfect. The communication. The check in. The location. The rooms. The pool. The wonderfully equipped kitchen. The outside dining table. The game room. The feeling of "home." I could go on! After a day out hiking or walking downtown, it was the perfect place to come back to and relax. Some house rentals are just that...utilitarian spaces you rent to sleep. This was a warm home with a resort feel. We joked that we need to track down the hosts' other rental units because we know they will also be amazing. Pool, hot tub, kitchen, TVs, bedrooms, bathrooms, landscapingp, living areas, dining areas (note plural), and pool table all superb. Beyond superb the game room with so many arcade games. Only negative is that my brother-in-law is a UCLA Bruin and he had a tough time looking at all the USC Trojans paraphernalia. LOL. So many things there that we usually have to buy at other places, e.g. paper plates, condiments such as mayo, sandwich ziplocks, throwaway cups, etc. So tempting to come back, but we like to explore new areas each year.
