In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city's and house rules. The City of Palm Springs prohibits music and loud noise. It strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed outdoors at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm and 10:00 am, and guests are asked to be inside during those hours and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy. Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time. The neighborhood was quiet and scenic—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the desert atmosphere. The house itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a well-equipped kitchen to plenty of thoughtful touches throughout.The private, nicely fenced yard and pool were a highlight—very peaceful and perfect for spending time outdoors. Inside, the large living room offered plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to unwind, and both bedrooms featured spacious king beds that were incredibly comfortable.We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to return.
