The location was excellent for us. Liked the outdoor spaces and seating. Indoor dining area was great, but the living room could use more seating and end tables. Overall the house had all the basics, but could use some additions like Kleenex, hand towels in the bathrooms, hangers, available outlets on both sides of the bed.

Great location but could use some love

We had a group of friends and family stay at this property. We loved how close we were to the airport and downtown. The communication with the property management was excellent. The place was clean and bright but on a buy road. The room were a good size and beds were comfy. But and there is always a but. The garages where we parked the rental van was gross, dirt old carpet, garbage, in the cupboard that had the bike helmets had birty male underwear. The spa/pool was impossible to operate until we were given the instructions to download the app. Thank you a million Ashley!!Over all I would go back. But PLEASE clean the garage.

Nice stay, good location.

This home was great for our family. The location to the airport was so nice since we got in late our first night and had to leave early our last morning. Also good location for accessing downtown PS. It was clean, had a lot of room, had towels and kitchen items we needed. It is on a main drag so there is some street noise but didn’t bother us, all the plants in the back yard block it well. We had some trouble heating the pool due to an error message, it took around 24 hours for someone to call me back which I would have liked to hear sooner since we were only there 4 nights but after some over the phone help we were able to resolve it. Overall good stay.

VACASA customer service is horrible

We paid in advance for daily pool heating. The book in the home states "Pool temp will be set in advance at 85degrees F and Spa temp will be set at 103degrees F. The pool and spa were not heated and immediately called VACASA. In addition, the TV/Cable in the living room did not work. None of the TVs in the house worked...cable and property mgmt. confirmed the bill needed to be paid. Several attempts to have the pool heated and TV corrected during our 4 night stay. The night before we left, I was told a manager would call me back and I did not receive a call from anyone. I received a text after we checked out that I would be refunded $388 for the daily pool heating and "some type of compensation". I called today and spoke with a manager and their compensation was $25 a day...WHAT A JOKE!!! We had a young child in the house and 7 adults with a 4 bedroom house. None of the TVs in the house worked. Also it was difficult for the child to swim because the pool was not heated. As a management company, they should have paid the cable bill or have some type of connection to pay these types of bills. At no time did VACASA reach out to see if they could give us dinner vouchers, or some type of compensation. I have been a renter with VRBO for over 10 years and this is the worse customer service I have had to deal with. For future bookings...make sure the property management company is NOT VACASA because they are useless.

Very disappointed!!!!!

For starters this was our 3rd consecutive stay we've had better experience with this beautiful home therefore decided to come back only for our surprise this would be the last this experience was definitely not like the first one. This home is slowly deteriorating the plumbing has issues as the kitchen sink and bathtubs clogged up with just as simple as washing a cup and taking a shower. There is water damage in one of the bedrooms ceiling right above the bed. The outside patio is very old the chairs are breaking apart as well as the lounging chairs by the pool area. Unfortunately we were notified the very day before our stay that the refrigerator was not working so they placed a refrigerator for us in the garage it was definitely not what we wanted to hear specifically when traveling with kids but we thought it's not the end of the world. So will have to walk to the garage. Upon arrival that was my main concern so went straight to take a look and we find a dirty moldy old refrigerator half way working the AC runs in the house not in the garage so picture that refrigerator sitting in a hot garage trying to cool your food yeah it didn't and the amount of money we pay when reserving in cleaning fees just to find what seemed to be dog hair everywhere it was definitely the cherry on top to spark off my allergies. As if that was not enough I jump in the shower and pull the handle to switch from bath to shower and it breaks right off needless to say horrible horrible experience it pretty much ruined our staycation. The pool is deteriorating the rocks are falling of the hot tub into the pool the hot tub lights don't work the outdoor patio it's nothing like the description no lighting at all there was a broken lounging chair just tossed to the side as the cleaning people just tossed it. The controled gate wouldn't closed after us entering. Definitely the last time it's sad we've made plenty of memories with our family in this home but it's slowly deteriorating and whoever is supposed to be doing the cleaning is not also in the past while on our week there we've had garderners come by or a pool guy not this time. Someone is not keeping it up or doing their job. Definitely never going back!! Don't trust the pictures!! Not worth your money!!!!

On The Rocks

Overall, a great place to stay. Very clean and quiet. Pool with all the floaties was awesome. Plenty of towels and pillows. Could have used more paper towels and TP. Garage door was not closing all of the way-took a few tries to get it to close. Overall, a great home and wonderful place to relax!

Perfect spot for a family vacation

Plenty of space for our family stay of 8: 4 adults and 4 kids. Everyone loved the pool and patio area. Perfect location for visiting attractions, shopping and dining in the Palm Springs area.

Love, would come back again!

I loved the layout and decor of this house and how clean it was. It was very private with a locked gate and high retaining wall around the property. The only thing that we weren’t thrilled about was the cleanliness of the pool. The information binder said it gets cleaned on Tuesday’s and Friday’s and when we arrived on Monday, it was pretty dirty. The water was clean, but there was tons of leaves and twigs throughout the pool, especially settled on the bottom, and the net had a hole in it making it impossible to clean ourselves. When I called I was told the pool cleaning service comes on Monday’s and Thursday’s, but we arrived on a Monday and it was definitely not cleaned that day. The maintenance guy replaced the pool net for us on Wednesday so I spent about two hours cleaning it so we got to enjoy it a couple days of our trip. Other than that, the house and the property was extremely clean and beautiful and the property management was friendly and responsive.

Not what we asked for

Initial entry was good, excited to get away for a few days, looked clean and all good until……we went to close the gate and it wouldn’t close unless we did it ourselves and “locked” it with the rock nearby. Went to go in the jacuzzi that was supposed to heat to 103 F, cold as ice. Went to go in the pool that we paid to have heated to a comfortable 85 F, cold as ice. On the phone to have these issues fixed. Heard nothing about either. Called the next day, nothing, called again, manager came out, still not fixed. Trying to get a hold of someone still to request a refund and no one answers their phone. Awful working with the subcontractor Vacasa. Vrbo, do yourself a favor and DON’T let your customers have to deal with Vacasa.

2nd time was not the best

We love this house and went back to it but this time around was not what we expected. The pool never got cleaned so it was dirty from the trees and the whole house was dusty dirty and a bed was not made we had to clean up and that's not what a vacation should consist of I was charge for cleaning but it was the dirtiest house ever very upset.

Comfy home

We loved this house and felt comfortable from the very minute we walked through the door. The common area is amazing as well as the backyard pool and jacuzzi. Plenty of seating and lounging available in or out of the sun around the pool area. 2 seniors, 3 millennials and a 5 year old enjoyed the heck out of this house!

Fun retreat

We loved the heated pool and spa. The rooms were very comfortable with 8 people. The washer and dryer were really nice for having fresh towels all the time. There were a few minor things (rocks loose, lights not working in spa) but nothing that was a huge deal to us.

Needs some TLC

The house was large and comfortable, but could use some TLC. There were several lights missing, and light bulbs that didn't work, the water pressure in the master shower was terrible, the garage door opener didn't work, the rocks are falling off the water fall between the spa and pool, scuff marks everywhere, the front gate has to be opened by hand, and so on. The house just needs to have someone do some renovating, paint it, and it would be well worth what we paid for it for the week. It was not worth what we paid for it. If you're looking for a house to just lounge around and swim, drink, and eat - then this is the house for you. If you need a house with good wifi so you can do work and virtual school, not the best house for that. The bikes in the garage were a nice touch though, and we were able to ride around the neighborhood a few times.

Good Experience

Overall the house was solid for a fun weekend. Only downside was we had to go to the store and get toilet paper since the house had only two rolls for 8 guests.
