The property is well located, close to everything you would need, and actually within walking (albeit a longish walk) distance of downtown Palm Springs. Well within walking distance of some good restaurants. The rooms are all 2 bedrooms/2bathrooms which is very good. Beds can be 2 queens/kings or single beds, or any combination, just contact the place directly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The interiors are tired and ageing, the room I was in showed wear and tear on the furniture, but more so on the bathroom cupboards and to a lesser degree the kitchen cupboards, they were "water-stained", likely the humidity in the bathroom and to an extent the kitchen has stained them or has caused water stains-quite noticeable. Our room was quite dark, no direct sunlight - probably ok in the summer, but some natural sunlight in winter would be great. I'm sure not all rooms are like that. We were on the main floor, some (maybe all) of the 2nd floor units had balcony's, although our room had a sliding door of the main bedroom and one off the kitchen, but no real patio, and as mentioned no direct sunlight (facing North) Kitchen was well equipped full size fridge, stove and micro-wave, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, bowls and the like. There are 2 barbques on site in the pool area. The pool area was clean, but the furniture is in need of replacement, some of the chairs and lounges had been repaired with zip-ties. Parking is good both covered and open areas.

We absolutely loved our stay. The room was spacious and well equipped. Friendly staff and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Some great dining options in walking distance. Will definitely stay here next time we are in Palm Springs.

With five of us traveling here to an event at Acrisure, this was the perfect property to accommodate all of us. The villa is spacious, clean, and has a great full kitchen which allowed us to make stir-fry for our Thanksgiving dinner. It sits in a nice neighborhood, and is really quiet. The only issue we encountered was that the office was closed when we arrived - we arrived between 4-5 as instructed, but no one was around. (It was Thanksgiving.). We found the after hours phone, but you cannot use it to make outbound calls. Used my cell phone instead and the first person checked for my name and didn’t find it. He told me to cal the office, which rang and rang until I got a message telling me to call the after hours number. Called that back and got a different person who was more helpful - she put me on hold, called someone from the property who confirmed that my keys were in the combo box, and gave me the combo. Smooth sailing from there. Didn’t get any advance communication from the property that they would be closed when I arrived, but it all worked out in the end. Would definitely stay here again.

The temperature controlled pool was excellent, and the suite was cute and felt just like home. A bit outdated, but I wasnt looking for "modern" and my family and I really enjoyed the space. Will definitely come back!

The decor needs some updating but villa had everything we needed well equipped. Staff in front office were very kind & cheerful unlike some hotels I’ve dealt with. We really enjoyed our getaway. Best part no parking fee!

Great stay
We had a great time. At first room seemed dated and then we saw it was real wood furniture probably from the 50s or 60s, though rooms may vary. Everything worked. Kitchen had all dishes and tools we need. Staff were very helpful. Lots of activity in pool/spa. Great jumping off point for hiking. They also have bikes you can use for free. Games. DVDs. Our room had a beautiful view of mountains from balcony. Close to restaurants.

I made a reservation for 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed, and the other with a queen bed. We got a king and 2 twins. I wasn't happy about this. Was told that this was all they had. The unit was clean, very dark in tub/shower. We asked for blankets as it was cold while we were there. Did not use the outside facilities, because of the weather.

The only problem was the phone in the unit. It was an old phone the volume button did not work so you could not hear it ringing unless you were 1 foot away. Otherwise the unit was very nice, old but upgraded nicely.

Even though I made and paid for my reservation 7 weeks in advance throughv Expedia, when I arrived the hotel had lost track of my reservation and had no rooms for me. Basically they ruined my 6 day stay in Palm Springs!! Pretty much the worst error a hotel can make. Stay away!!!

Very nice staff. Property is showing its age. Sliding glass doors are stuck. Carpet looks old. Couch has stains. Location is great and the pool was nice. Only one operational gas grill outdoors. There was a line of guests using one grill.

I've read several reviews about the location and its condition. Mostly 'out dated' in the inside reviews but it didnt bother me at all. I only needed a place to sleep, shower and cook, this place provided all of it. It was basically an apartment and I loved the homey feel to it. Yes it was a bit outdated but it was still worth the stay. It was quiet and very well out together. I would definitely stay here again.
