Our townhome sits on a beautifully designed golf course by Ted Robinson. (The courses are for members only) We're minutes away from Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Acrisure Arena, a variety of restaurants and plenty of shopping. The fully furnished townhome is a simple 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath that has beautiful views beyond the golf course. We face the San Jacinto mountains and have some breathtaking sunsets. You can hear the lake fountain from our patio and from the primary suite balcony. Both bedrooms are upstairs. The primary with ensuite is furnished with a king size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds and attached bathroom. On the main floor is a fully stocked kitchen and utility room with a front-loading washer & dryer. We supply some paper and cleaning products. The pool and jacuzzi are only steps away. There are pool towels in the utility room. On the main floor there is a TV area and another living area for relaxing. We have a one vehicle enclosed garage. Wireless Internet is provided. The house was clean and perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed the pool being so close and the bikes. The view from the patio is spectacular and it was fun to watch the golfers chip onto the green. The host was also very responsive. My only complaint was the noise level. There are numerous freight trains that run by the front of the house and the golf course groundskeepers start mowing and trimming at 6am every morning. ##### Lawrence M. Communication with the host went great - a couple of small questions came up, not condo related, and Kelly was right on top of it to get it resolved. The landscaping and the facilities of the Country Club are beautiful. There are two golf courses, but both are for members only. The unit we occupied was large and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the owner provided everything we needed. Some of the decorating is a bit dated and the kitchen and bathrooms need remodeling to bring the unit up to five stars. Unfortunately, the unit is directly across the street from the train tracks, so noise was an issue at times. There is no grill on the patio. This was the only unit in the complex that I saw without one, which was a big drawback. The sofa in the living room has a board underneath the cushions and is no comfortable. The sound system is dated; it’s compatible with I pod technology instead of your phone, so you cannot stream your music. The stovetop cooks unevenly and is old. Beautiful location, but could definitely use some updates, and people should know about the train before booking. ##### Joel B. Condo is on Palm Valley Country Club grounds on 2nd hole very beautiful area close to shopping. We did not know the train was behind the unit so took us a few nights to get use to that. Property is very clean and kitchen was well appointed. Condo could use a little updating, especially showers and TV room. The TV room holds about 1 person on a hard couch. Worked out fine, decided we did not need to watch it anyway, just enjoyed each other's company and played games that are at the property. The place itself was a bit dated but comfortable and well stocked. The kitchen dishwasher was not getting dishes clean which resulted in previous guests putting away dirty dishes. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable and there is a nice separation between the master and guest bedrooms on the upper floor. For those aware of the train that runs nearby, I have to say it really isn’t an issue. The only downside is that there is not an outdoor barbecue and the layout for watching tv in the evening isn’t very comfortable if there are more than 2 people in your group. ##### Lori L. Owner very responsive. Only issues were difficulty opening lock box (no instructions and very worn/tough to open) and no TV instructions. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfy bed and sheets.
