Dennis war sehr zuvorkommend. Schade konnte der Pool nicht benutzt werden (Hurrikan vor ein paar Wochen). Ich würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Casita is exactly as shown and described. Dennis the host was great and he has extensive knowledge about the area. Would definitely book again when in the Palm Desert area. Make sure to meet Bruno, he’s a sweetheart!

#### Small But Great

Rental was as expected. Stand alone “small house” behind owner’s main house. Very private with high wall and landscaping. Perfect location we used for five night visit to Palm Desert for hiking and BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament. Kitchen was well equipped for basic cooking. Nice bathroom and bedroom. Fresh cut flowers, a bottle of wine and chocolates were provided at arrival. Dennis was very responsive through the rental process. A good VRBO experience.

Dennis was a very considerate, responsive host. My sister and I enjoyed our five day stay at this casita, which is near most of the attractions we planned to visit.

#### Very private, quiet casita

We stayed for over a month in this little sanctuary. The location is perfect— just a short walk to the main shopping area but very much feels like a neighborhood. The host is lovely and responsive while still maintaining privacy for guests. It’s not formal or fussy, which suited us perfectly.

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect.! We we're there for Stagecoach Country Music Festival. The location was perfect for catching the shuttle nearby. The property was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting outside, enjoying a nice cold beer. It was a great!

We loved it here. Quiet and yet centrally located. Well designed with lots of storage and the kitchen is well-equipped (gas stove but the only oven is a toaster oven, which was fine for us). Note that the payments are in Canadian dollars.

#### Beautiful, Comfortable Casita

Just a gem. Newer small abode on the back of the property, private & quiet. Dennis is an excellent host who lives in the main house. Close to Albertsons or Whole Foods so you’re able to cook on the nice appliances. But you’re also close to a wide array of cafes & restaurants. Nice little pool to sit beside and enjoy the sun. Looking forward to another visit soon!

#### Cozy hideaway

Great location minutes away from El Paseo. Nice private location at the back of a large lot. The casita is clean, neat and well-stocked. There was even a bottle of wine for us and beer in the fridge. The owner is a very nice guy who obviously cares for the property. We'd stay there again!

#### Awesome location

This casita is in a great location as long as you have a car. Close to lots of restaurants and great hikes. Very comfortable accommodations. Quiet and private. Clean and new. I would recommend staying in Palm Desert over Palm Springs or Rancho Mirage. We loved everything about the casita and the area! Our only suggestions for improvement: 1) cable tv would be great and 2) a regular electric coffeemaker would be a nice upgrade from the one there. We could not make decent coffee with the drip style one, but maybe we were not doing it right. Also, the stepping stones to get behind the house to the casita are a bit challenging with rolling luggage. We would absolutely come back - the owners were very nice and their calm little dog was a sweet companion on the shared pool deck.
