CITY ID# 1626 Welcome to Palm Canyon Villas! Enjoy resort style living with lush landscaping in a prime South Palm Springs location near shopping and entertainment. Beautiful maintained community with plenty of fruit trees offering 4 large pools/spas, tennis courts and pickle ball. Perfectly manicured walking paths surrounding the entire complex and stunning bike paths just outside. This is a spacious two bedroom and two bath condo, the largest floor plan in the community and plenty of closet space. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an attached bathroom and double sink vanity plus an additional office area! The second bedroom has a queen size bed. 55 inch TV's in the living room with both Cable and Netflix. 40 inch TV in the master. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. New floors, guest bath, dishwasher and sink as of January 2021. New floors and furniture in the master bedroom in February of 2022. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio that has a large closet with a washer and dryer. You can walk out from the master bedroom to a large salt water pool and jacuzzi. Fresh towels and linens for guests. One covered carport parking spot and plenty of guest or street parking. Walk to Starbucks, Trader Joe’s, Target or Vons and plenty of other restaurants or shopping. Popular hiking trails just across the street and next to Tahquitz Creek Public Golf course. We had a great stay at the property. Everything was as advertised, and we found the condo to be well stocked, with good labeling and instructions to help us settle in. Pool was nice and just steps away out the back door, and we often had it nearly to ourselves. We appreciated small details like water and coffee pods/creamer and other condiments available upon arrival. And the office space in the master bedroom was a great add, which allowed us to easily cover a few work calls we had during our vacation week. She met us onsite for check-in, explained everything and truly was a text/phone call away with immediate responses. Best well stocked VRBO we've ever stayed in. Everything from Kitchen spices to Pool Beach towels/chairs were there. Condo was nicely decorated and so convenient to everything we needed and did. Even better than the VRBO pictures! We stayed at Mia\`s condo for 8 nights during our visit to Palm Springs in November. We have a family of 5, my husband and I and 3 kids ages 8, 6, and 5\. The place was very clean and well appointed with all the necessities we needed, including inflatable toys for the pool which the kids loved! Pool access was very close and was perfect- there was barely anyone else using it so felt like a private pool for our family! Location was great, only 10min drive from palm springs downtown area and 7mins to the airport. We really enjoyed our stay here and very comfortable, it felt just like home! ##### nav d. It was clean and well stocked, and we loved the Palm Springs glam furnishings and decorations. The development was quiet, and we enjoyed the pool that was just steps from the unit. We had not stayed in that southern part of Palm Springs before and we found it was close to many of the things we wanted to do and convenient to many of our favorite restaurants.
