The condo has everything we needed and the check-in process went smoothly. Mike was clear and informed us of the strict noise policies, which worked, since outside of street noise, the condo was silent during our stay. The best part is the location - only a short walk to downtown. If you are looking for a great place to stay when you are visiting Palm Springs proper (meaning you want to be close to the main strip), this is your place. Mike was awesome but Palm Springs does have very strict rules so know going in that compliance is mandatory or else we won't have places to stay in Palm springs. Condo was fresh, clean, comfortable, adequately stocked with necessities. Bed was comfortable. We will definitely look to stay here in the future. ##### Karen J. The Biarritz is an excellent location if you want to be near downtown. It’s also close to the stadium if you enjoy watching California Winter League Baseball.Mike was a very responsive host and answered all of our texts immediately.The kitchen was a little short on utensils and decent cookware and glassware. It is in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in downtown Palm Springs. One minor issue was the unreasonably high threshold to the walk-in closet in the bedroom. One has to be careful not to trip over it. The unit is nicely remodeled and has everything you need. The living area is a bit dark; it faces he staircases. The bedroom, in contrast, is very bright with nice view of the mountain. A reverse floorplan would be better but almost all units in the complex are similar to this.
