Front desk night shift guy was very nice, front desk woman was rude about deposit payment and the Asian guy working front desk was rude when I was asking about my deposits for 2 different booked stays. The gals working the breakfast and cleaning were very nice and helpful.

The pool and hot tub didn’t work which I find convenient when the hotel is sold out. Breakfast starts later on the weekend?? Why would you do that when most people with kids are traveling here for sporting events!! Lastly when I went o get bedding for our pull out couch they had NO PILLOWS how does that even happen?!?!

Check in was friendly and fast. The only down fall was the bed, it was very, very soft and uncomfortable. The bathroom could use some deep cleaning and the top shelf of the closet had white powder stuff that got all over the bottom of my bags, not sure what it was.

The accessable room was good. Very well laid out. I would rather have had a walk-in shower than a bathtub, but there were plenty of grab bars to be pretty safe.There is some deferred .maintenance, but nothing really bad.
