Nestled in the desirable, safe, & serene Little Tuscany neighborhood, this newly decorated modern home honors the spirit of Palm Springs with mid-century modern touches and is only a 3-minute drive from the lively Uptown District, the heart & soul of the city. Shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars are just down the main drag of Palm Canyon Drive and easily walkable if you're up for it. The St. Jacinto mountains provide a breath taking backdrop for the outdoor pool/spa area. Inside the home, high ceilings, an open floor plan, and floor to ceiling windows showcase the 350 days of sunshine Palm Springs offers. Coco’s Casita has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom suite features a private access bathroom w/ ‘his & her’ vanity, large standalone bathtub, walk-in shower, and an expansive walk-in closet with built-in storage features. At 1,650 sq ft the house is spacious and boasts large and inviting bedrooms, living room, and dining room. Step out into the pool/spa area and you will be greeted by stunning views of the St. Jacinto mountains that will set the perfect backdrop for a relaxing afternoon in the sun! Primary bedroom suite: Queen bed, sleeps 2. Bedroom one: Full bed, sleeps 2 Bedroom two: Full bed, sleeps 2 POOL & SPA: \- Pool heating is optional and available for $60/night or $315/week.
