This classic mid-century condo is located in South Palm Springs. 2BR / 2BA and a den with a desk and TV. All new linens, towels and accesories. This unit is just steps from the sparkling pool and spa. Walking distance to grocery, pharmacy and restaurants. On the spacious private patio is comfortable seating, table and chairs and a BBQ.  
(During the next few months many upgrades will take place, kitchen, baths & patio)  
  
Designed by Architect Barry Berkus, AIA in 1961, Park Imperial South is the epitome of Mid-Century design and received Historical designation in 2016. Barry Berkus was a true visionary known for his innovative designs on space, light, cantilevered details, and soaring roof lines. The folded-plate roof with clerestory windows floods the main living space with natural light. A large private patio with easy access to the pool & spa area is the perfect place to relax with family and friends. One covered parking space is conveniently located a few steps away from the front door. The grounds are impeccable with desert landscape.and beautiful mountain views. 30 day rentals or longer are required for this unit.
