If your reservation start date falls on any holiday listed you will need to rebook your check-in date. A link will be sent after your reservation is confirmed. •This home allows one well behaved pet dog with an additional pet fee. All pets must be pre-approved. We DO always allow service dogs. Dogs must be TAKEN OFF PROPERTY to do their business. \-Surveillance or recording devices on property - Ring camera at front gate and garage entry to monitor entrance. HOUSE RULES- •Check-in is after 3PM •No parties are allowed- although, having a few guests over for dinner and drinks is encouraged. All other garbage (i.e. Tampons, baby wipes, paper towels, etc) is to go into the waste basket. •Please DO NOT bring glasses in or around the pool or spa. There are plastic glasses provided for pool and spa use. \-Please bring all trash and recycling to the large bins when removing from the home. Thank you! •Please DO NOT leave any flammables such as candles, incense unattended. •Please keep the house reasonably clean and organized. •Missing and/or stained TOWELS will be charged to the guest at a rate of $25 per item. Other linens will be charged accordingly for replacement. Brooklinen sheets and/or duvets will be charged at $195 per set for any stains or damage. ANY BROKEN OR MISSING ITEMS will be charged to the guest accordingly. •Please keep front door locked and ALWAYS turn A/C to 85 and leave on auto and cool, and lights off when you finish your stay. FILMING: The filming of any still or motion pictures in any format that requires more than 2 persons and/or any specialized gear, apparatus or crew is strictly prohibited unless prior written authorization is obtained. Failure to obtain written authorization may result in full deposit forfeiture. PERSONAL PROPERTY LEFT BEHIND: If found, any items left behind will be mailed back upon request via USPS. The cost of shipping, shipping container and any packing materials will be charged to the responsible guest along with a handling fee of $25\. CLEANING: The property will be inspected and cleaned after your departure. The cleaning fee you have paid will cover normal cleaning. You are required to leave the property in the same general condition that you received it by making sure, dishes are done and put away, and the home is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted and sanitized. If additional cleaning is required, appropriate charges will be deducted from the security deposit and charged through the Resolutions Center at the rate of $50 per hour. There is NO GLITTER/confetti allowed. An additional cleaning fee of $350 will be charged if any glitter/confetti like product is found inside or on the grounds of the home. CHECK OUT: By 11:00 am. A later check-out may be exceptionally granted at an extra cost but only if these two conditions are met: 1\. there is no new arrival checking into the property on the day of guest's departure and 2\. the request for a late check-out is made within twenty-four hours prior to the check-out date stated on the agreement. Charges for a late check-out not timely requested will be made against your security deposit for a minimum of the total cleaning fee charge stated on your agreement and a maximum of the nightly rental fee. Please leave all keys, garage openers and such at the location.
