The TVs were a bit of a challenge but, when I needed assistance, help was ALWAYS on the way. Robert is patient and extremely attentive in making sure this guest figured everything out. Fell ill a few days after arriving, so I can say unequivocally the unit was comfortable and extremely convenient to stores and restaurants. Would highly recommend the unit. Great location, near downtown and we were able to walk to the Casino. The private hot tub was just what we needed for the chilly nights. It is only a 4 minute walk to the convention center and was nice to be so close. I was staying by myself and felt very safe. The condo was well equipped and clean.
