Pros: location, warm complimentary breakfast, daily friendly housekeeping staff, well equipped room with coffeemaker/refrigerator/microwave, good bathroom mirror lightning, blackout curtains for good night rest Cons: rooms are a bit outdated for price paid, dirty worn out carpet, we found a few hairs in our bathroom missed by housekeeping but their friendliness during daily housekeeping services made up for it, pool chairs could use an upgrade as we found multiple ones broken (thankfully times we visited pool it was not busy and we were able to find working chairs)

I never got a hot meal. 2 days in a row, I was in the dining hall at 7 am for Breakfast. I counted 29 men golfers in line. I had to be somewhere, so I grabbed yogurt and an apple. Was looking forward to a good meal 🙁

We don't know what it was but there was a weird vibe to this place, the layout is odd, the doors are on the outside, and for a place in the desert it was strange to find and a/c split in the room, not central and not thermostat. The breakfast was just ok, asked for eggs over hard and they were runny. We would only stay here again only as a last resort.

The beds are comfortable and pool area relaxing. Good location. Acisure Arena not far. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise! Bathroom countertop was too low…not an ADA unit.

Very old property trying to make money because of demand! Amenities bad. The infrastructure is ancient with terrible bathrooms and elevators! Rip off!

Good location but property desperately in need of refurbishing. The faucet in bathroom was loose and the finish was flaking off, the re-caulk on the sink was amateurish, the carpet was dirty, the a/c unit was loud, the elevator clunked, the tv reception was glitchy. The room furniture was old and worn out. I didn’t use the room safe because I was afraid it wouldn’t reopen after I locked it since some of the numbers on the keypad didn’t work. It was not worth the $300 I paid for one night. I will not return.

Good afternoon, We have stayed here a number of times since February 2008. The breakfast is great with friendly cooks and cleanup staff. The front desk is attentive and professional. The room service staff and pool staff are also very accommodating. Thank you.

This is a slightly updated Motel property. The rooms have a very nice TV but the furniture was old and too much was crowded into the space. The cook to order breakfast was very good on par with a good Embassy suites.

It was ok but the TV didn’t have service and I called the front desk. The for help and the front desk employee lied to me and my husband. He said the spectrum was out for the whole hotel! General manager came to our room and looked at the cable it was as old and not connecting. He fixed it but he said that the hotel wasn’t without service. We didn’t get it fixed for 3 hours. Don’t think we’ll stay there again🙁

Need s upgrade start from elevator to hallways to rooms And of course bathrooms Frindely staff , breakfast every morning 7 am is late start Allow me late checkout before locked my room before that time could not get in again , the room was more money in Expedia than what other guest received for the same room beening premium guest mean nothing

Great hotel and very convenient. This is our second year staying there for the AMEX golf tournament. Fantastic made to order breakfast each morning. Close to restaurants and bars on Highway 111.

On check in, the check in gentleman had issues with my credit card. He claimed it kept denying the charge. What the issue was, that his machine and not may card. Because the lady had no issues, she ran the card online and never had an issue. Why the man did not do this, is beyond me. Other than that, the daily cleaning lady did a great job.

Normally hot water is a given expectation, not here. Sometimes it got hot, and other times it was a cold shower. This property is worn, some updates have been made but not enough. Our refrigerator froze all our food and beverages even when turned to the lowest setting. The bedside lamp was unusable. The sink counter really low. The pool surface needs to be painted or resurfaced. The good things were the room was quiet and the made to order breakfast was nice but we could have done without the belligerent guest that got in our face the first morning.

Room was very spacious and nice. What we didn't like was that there was a compressor or something that keep turning on every half hour ouside and couldn't get a restful sleep. The hot water had to wait about 10 min for water to get hot. Waste of water.

We sigh up ,if you stay at there motel for 3 days they would give you back 100.00 dollars.This is a scam to get you to stay there and than told us we not getting the 100 back because we book with Expedia .This is a scam and will never stay at any Best Western again.Big corporations ripping off the little guys. Somewhat Dated, But Slept Well
It’s a large hotel. Free parking, free breakfast. The breakfast was cooked to order so that was nice. It has all the amenities you would expect and the service was good and the location seemed good. The bed was very comfortable and our room was pretty much spotless. Which is rare to get both. The issue I had was it was just very dated. The floors the bathroom were missing or had damaged baseboards. We had to struggle to lock the room door and at 830am I could not get the shower past room temperature. The bathroom sink faucet stuck when trying to turn it on and off. Not sure if this is because I got a pet friendly room and they put people with pets in rooms that are a little ‘less than’ in case they get damaged.

There was no HOT Water in the room. Called front desk to complain. They sent someone up to see what could be done and he said it's just an old property. NOTHING can be done. Super THIN walls!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!

Staff is alway friendly. Freshly made breakfast is the best. Our room did have some issues where we had limited wall outlets available for charging devices. We made it work and I didn't say anything only because we liked the location of the room and didn't want to have to move. This is the only place we stay when visiting Palm Desert. It's our home away from home. We will stay there again.
