A secluded getaway home to unwind with beautiful desert and mountain views

Beautiful inside and OUT. This charming Spanish-style home in the Desert Park Estates area of Palm Springs features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fireplace, open concept kitchen with granite countertops in a serene desert surrounding. Our home is ideal for a quick getaway or an extended stay as a home away from home. Outdoor living at its best - featuring an oversized saltwater pool and spa, with a fire pit, and multiple seating areas. You will love this house!

***For your protection we have implemented CDC General recommendations for routine cleaning and disinfection of our home. Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces daily in household common areas (e.g. tables, hard-backed chairs, doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, handles, desks, toilets, sinks).

Bring up to 6 ADULTS and 2 CHILDREN to Palm Springs and enjoy our beautiful 3BD/2BA Spanish-Style vacation rental with a private over-sized saltwater pool, hot tub, fire pit, and multiple seating areas will be the hit of your stay as you lounge and enjoy the exceptional views to the west and south. When you need a break from the pool, enjoy the continued outdoor living with the covered outdoor dining area and gas grill BBQ. Located minutes from downtown Palm Springs and Airport!

Upon booking, we will send you a Good Neighbor Policy and a Statement of Rules and Regulations provided by the city of Palm Springs. This needs to be signed and returned to me before your arrival along with a copy of your government-issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.

MUST be at least 25 years of age to rent.

NO Pets of any kind, this includes emotional support pets. (Will forfeit deposit if the rule is violated)

MAX 3 car policy. (Will forfeit deposit if the rule is violated and $500+ ticket from the city of Palm Springs)

Maximum occupancy 6. If more than 6, each additional person up to 8 will be charged $40 per night.

For heating the pool, we would need 48 hours in advance notice to preheat the pool. The charge for heating the pool is $150 per day for all days of staying. We heat the pool to 80 degrees F.

Had an excellent stay at this property for our 3 nights there zero complaints. Was very private and super quiet street. Back yard was fantastic and had everything you need. Everything was perfect. A spacious living room for gatherings. Well appointed kitchen with all the appliances you could possibly need. The beautiful private setting was so inviting and comfortable. We did not elect to have the pool heated but we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. The property is well maintained and very close to restaurants & shopping in downtown Palm Springs. It totally exceeded our expectations!

We are a family of 6 that spent Christmas here. The house is centrally located. The pool and hot tub were nice. Overall the house met our needs but could benefit from some general maintenance. Kitchen was well equipped but things needed to be washed before using. Tons to do in the area!

Our Stay in Palm Springs

We had a relaxing and enjoyable vacation on this property. The view was beautiful and we utilized the pool every chance we got. We enjoyed sightseeing in Palm Springs, and this was the getaway for us. The house was clean and had great accommodations. Teni was quick to answer any and all questions we had. Amazing Mountain View’s, Quiet Neighborhood, and overall great stay!

My family and I had an amazing spring break stay, as this house was very comfortable and spacious. Our host was always available for any questions we had, which also made the stay more peaceful as there was truly nothing to worry about. The pool and hot tub were great, along with the nice open kitchen for cooking. Great experience!

Good property, needs a little love.

Nice and quiet location, great privacy. Host was very responsive to inquiries. That said, the property could use a bit of attention as there were several things in need of repair. All relatively minor such as light bulbs, towel racks etc. The way things are organized makes it very apparent that no one has lived here regularly in quite some time. Pro tip, we were obviously not the first guests who did not find the spice pullout by the sink until after we purchases some at the grocery store. There are now at least 4 shakers of each in there. Labelling cabinets and drawers would be a great idea.

The property description was just as listed. The hosts were the best to communicate with! This house is great if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway. If you have a large family it’s perfect as well. The outside area is huge with everything you could ask for. The Mountain View is spectacular.

Ok, but would not stay again

My family & I stayed for 3 nights. The pool was very nice (though extremely deep at one end, and without fencing) & the lounge/dining area was light & airy, pleasant over-looking the pool. On the down side, we had to wash most of the utensils/crockery before using as had been put away dirty. The front door key was missing from the lock box (which was quite disconcerting) & we had to wait for the manager to come & let us in on first checking in. Some of the electricals don’t work (plug sockets in some rooms) & we could not get the tv to work, despite advice from the owner. Worst was that on returning for our final evening, we were greeted by ants in the main bedroom, & crawling all through my clothes which were in a case on the floor. The evening was spent killing ants & shaking out all my clothes! The owner wanted proof as apparently the manager ‘couldn't find any’- which is miraculous considering by the morning they were trooping in the ensuite aswell!) but luckily my husband had had the foresight to video the ants on the bedroom floor while I was cleaning my case! I asked for a refund of the final night, which we considered reasonable given that our final evening had been spoilt & I had no sleep, worrying about ants crawling on me (& did infact find one on me come the morning). However, the owner offered a partial refund of this last night (not the full night) & was generally quite unwilling to accept that there had really been any problem. A pity to leave on a low note.

Beautiful place in a great location!

We loved this house! It had everything we needed from the fire pit to the jacuzzi to the gorgeous views from the backyard. The house was clean and simple, with all of the amenities that we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house, great location!

Spent the weekend here with my sisters. The house itself was perfect. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool and spa were so nice! The location of the house felt safe and peaceful. Located very near a grocery store. Teni was so easy to communicate with. Would definitely book this place again!
