Never let children unattended in the pool area. \*It can be very windy in the area, umbrellas MUST be removed from stands when not in use or when windy. If umbrellas are broken due to being knocked over from wind damage, guests will be charged a replacement fee (approximately $100 to replace). \*Cleaning supplies can be in places that are easily accessed by children (usually stored under sinks in kitchen and bathrooms). Please take caution. \*Backyard is close to neighbors so staying within noise ordinance is very important! \*The home is near the airport path so noise can be heard at times, but usually only when the occasional military jets takes off from the Palm Springs international airport. Kinda cool actually! \*There is a SimpliSafe front door camera, and a SimpliSafe yard entrance camera at the west side entrance to the backyard (mounted by a solar panel).
