The layout flows seamlessly from the spacious living room to the dining area and kitchen, all centered around connection and comfort. Large windows bring in natural light and mountain views, while the soft color palette keeps the space calm and inviting. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and island seating—perfect for prepping a quick breakfast or sharing appetizers with friends.
Outdoors, the backyard is your private desert oasis. Cool off in the sparkling pool, soak up the sun in a lounger, or sit under the stars with a drink in hand. The space is ideal for both lively group gatherings and quiet solo mornings.
The home offers three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite features a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and its own private access to the backyard—a lovely touch for early risers or evening stargazers. The two additional bedrooms are equally inviting, each with thoughtful touches and queen beds, making it easy to accommodate families or friends traveling together.
Located in the desirable North West Palm Springs area, you’re just minutes from downtown. San Jacinto State Park or the breathtaking views from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. THINGS TO KNOW:
\-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending
\-Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
\-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
\-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fee of $500 per month will apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
\-Pool Heat is an optional fee to be paid after booking. One day notification is required in order to heat the pool, a fee of $80/day with a 3 day minimum will be required to turn on pool heat. Guests can contact Sunny Days after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
\-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented at a variable-option cleaning rate
\-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total
\-Parking notes: You have one spot in the garage and parking for 2 cars in the driveway
