"I absolutely loved everything about this property! It had everything I needed, including a washer and dryer in the room….which is essential when it’s brutally hot outside and you go through every outfit you brought. The staff were great and so friendly. The elevator wasn’t working but I didn’t let it ruin my vacation. I will definitely stay again when back in the area "

"We enjoyed our stay . This is our second time staying at this Hyatt and it has always been a wonderful experience. The beach is an added perk, you do have to make reservations in advance specially during peak season. The rooms at impeccably clean, the amenities well maintained and the water park is very nice too. We love to spend the night at the Mangroves bar, the drinks are well made and the service superb. We ate at the pool a few times and service is also great. Next time we plan to eat at the hotel restaurants. Keep it up Hyatt! "

"Excellent hotel my only issue was the construction noise for renovations but upgrades have to be made so I understand. Also I think they should choose a better brand of soap / conditioner and shampoo the one we had in our room was terrible very bad odor in my opinion I could not use it. "
