Welcome to Toro Peak Oasis, a paradise vacation home located in the quiet, peaceful residential area of South Palm Desert and within close proximity to shopping, dining, and entertainment establishments. Walking distance to El Paseo ("The Rodeo Drive of the Valley"). Beautifully and artfully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2-car garage home features gorgeous desert landscape views from the spacious private pool (optional heating) and spa area. Lots of new remodeling inside and out. Dog friendly.  
  
The space  
Toro Peak Oasis includes 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, salt water pool with spa Jacuzzi (optional guest paid heating available), pool floats with towels, and more fabulous fun amenities! Completely private and with grand views looking out over swaying palm trees and the San Jacinto mountains in the distance while located in a non-gated, very quiet neighborhood of South Palm Desert. Every piece of furniture, art-work, and detail has been masterfully curated to provide guests a true “Palm Desert” experience. Inside the property you’ll find vibrant colors, fun décor, and everything else needed to feel right at home.  
  
Situated on an almost 9,000 square foot private lot, this open and bright Mid-Century pool home is located in the desirable South Palm Desert residential neighborhood. Enter into the gated courtyard with a sparkling pool & spa surrounded by the most beautiful landscaping! There are mature grapefruit, lemon & tangerine trees. This charming home boasts 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 remodeled baths & approx. 1253 sq. ft. of resort style living. Come into this wonderful home through the double glass French doors. There are wood like Italian tile floors throughout the home as well as recessed lighting, white wood beamed ceilings with fans.  
  
Originally built in 1957, this mid-century architectural home tour stop showcasing its fortress front, was tastefully remodeled and refurbished in 2022 with new backyard pool area surfaces, fresh paint colors, and furniture. 400mbps internet speed to handle any and all devices connected at super high speeds whether you are working from home on a notebook, streaming videos on your phone, or watching a movie on one of the Smart TVs.  
  
Spacious open floor plan living and dining room areas next to the kitchen and living room. The large, open kitchen features quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances and includes cookware, microwave, oven, fridge with water/ice maker, a single-cup Keurig coffee maker & starter pods, and dishwasher. Plates, utensils, and glasses for more than six people. There is also a toaster, blender, and more...everything a fully stocked kitchen should have.  
  
Ideal bedding for families up to 4 adults and a child. Two master bedroom suites on each side of the home have king-sized beds and private bathroom. Bathroom #1 features a walk-in shower and Bathroom #2 has a shower/tub combo. Toiletries will be found in the bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.  
  
The living room features a large sofa sectional, two comfort chairs, and a flat screen Smart TV with Hulu which showcases local cable channels. There is also a gas operating fireplace with comfort chairs next to it. Guests have full property access including a two-car garage with remotes (note: mid/large SUVs or trucks will not fit due to shorter garage door height). Additionally, there is plenty of street and driveway parking. A washer and dryer is located in the garage and includes starter detergent pods. There is 400mbps high speed wi-fi access throughout the property (even poolside).  
  
Courtyard dining area with multiple tables/chairs and a propane BBQ grill for entertaining. Single dog and children friendly. Quiet and private home location in a great neighborhood. Home is also centrally located to reach:

\- Indian Wells BNP Tennis (less than 4 miles away)  
\- Empire Polo for Music Festivals and Polo (10 miles away)  
\- Agua Caliente Casino (9 miles away)

Pool heating available (price upon request). Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 85 degrees, 102 degrees for the spa.
