You will be located within a short drive to everything! Restaurants, parks, Pickle Ball courts, golf courses, hiking trails, festivals, and all your shopping needs! Enjoy your own private home with pool, spa, BBQ, projector TV in living room, a fully stocked kitchen, and a 2 car garage. There is a desk for working remotely and 4 beds as well as an air mattress for all your guests to sleep comfortably. The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac which gives it a very private feel. There is driveway and ample street parking. The fully enclosed backyard has been transformed into a desert oasis. There is a gorgeous pool, spa, BBQ, outdoor seating with 2 chaise lounge chairs, and mountain views. You will be in an extremely safe neighborhood that is centrally located and close to everything! Spa heating is included in your stay and the pool can be heated for an additional $75/night. The home contains a king bed in the master bedroom, second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. We've also provided an air mattress for your use if you choose. The full kitchen contains pots and pans, a Keurig coffee maker, dishes, microwave, oven, dish washer, and a large refrigerator and freezer with water and ice maker included. The large living room has comfortable couches, a dining table which seats 8 and a drop down projector screen to watch all your favorite games or shows. There is also a family room area next to the kitchen with an additional couch and TV. The home has AC to keep you cool inside during the summer months in the desert. We also have heating for the cooler winter months. The living room, separate family area, and master bedroom all have smart TVs. There is Spectrum cable TV in the living room and there is also room for you to put an air mattress if you so choose. The home offers a washer and dryer (please bring detergent, etc. if you’d like to do laundry during your stay). Up to 2 small dogs are allowed for $200/pet per stay. Sorry no cats. We enjoyed lovely backyard, pool and spa. The house has comfortable, beautiful furniture. Meghan, the manager, was accommodating and did her best to help us with our problem getting the furnace to work as we expected. The bedrooms and family room all had Roku tv. The living room has an older projection tv that could be slow to warm up and tricky to use. It was the tv with cable and Roku.You can have a great time in this beautiful home. ##### Dara M.
