"This property is so beautiful. We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa and it was like an apartment. Ir had everything we needed including a spacious bathtub and washer/dryer. We will defiantly come back! "

"Nice location and facilities, comfortable and quiet room. The property is beginning to show some wear and tear in terms of stucco corners, stucco wall damage, especially on the lower levels. There seemed to be a lot of staff on the grounds using their iPhones, not working that hard, yet some areas seemed unclean such as the elevators, and remained dirty during our whole 3 day stay. "Everything was great, except for the fact that they did not allow me to have late check out. This is the first time I’ve ever been denied a late check out at a hotel/resort. Checking out at 10am was not pleasant. "

"Pros - Great place to stay for Indian Well, close to a cute downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants. Quiet and relaxing. Cons - they must allow pets here, lots of people have their dogs. Great for them, not so great for other people who had to deal with pet hairs, or had allergies to dogs. They tried to keep it clean, but I am sure people let their pets on the bed and sofa, etc..."
