Inside the unit you’ll find brand new modern furnishings, luxury bedding and linens with a fully stocked kitchen. The large main bedroom has a king size bed, windows overlooking the golf course, access to the balcony and two large closets. The en suite bathroom has been recently remodeled with a double vanity, large shower and fully stocked with spa like toiletries. The second bedroom with a queen size bed also has an adjoining bathroom with full shower.🚿 The main living room has glass doors leading out to the spacious balcony where you can relax and enjoy a coffee ☕️, sunbathe or have a meal with the golf course view. Lounge on the large sectional couch and watch tv in front of the gas fireplace or play one of the provided board games to take a break from the desert sun. Or chill by one of the pools that's only across the street! We have a dining table with seating for four guests both inside of the kitchen as well as in a separate dining room. You’ll find everything you need in the spacious kitchen to cook and enjoy meals at home. We have a traditional drip coffee maker as well as a Chemex, tea kettle, milk frother and a Nutri bullet for smoothies. Equipped with new stainless steel appliances including an ice maker and water filter in the fridge, oven with range and microwave. Close to a pool, close to lots of restaurants. Great walkable neighborhood. Afternoon sun on patio in afternoon gets a little hot. Stairs are not for people who hate stairs. Overall, good value and we had a wonderful time. Desert Springs Spa is very close and worth the price. Spent the entire day there. Thanks to the owner who we never had to contact. Me and my best friend came down from Canada for a girl’s trip in October . This property was just perfect for us and so spacious and comfortable and greatly laid out . It was was so clean and inviting and had everything we needed . Beds were soo comfortable . Kitchen is fully stocked . We felt very safe here , as it is a gated community and the unit had an alarm system . It was also so quiet and peaceful and close to everything- restaurants , shopping, groceries etc. Communication was timely and clear . Highly recommend this property - I would definitely love to come back as we found it to be wonderful, welcoming and so beautifully decorated as well. Thank you for having us ! ##### Maria C. Good location. Safe. Clean. Property manager was very quick to respond. Large master with en suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom was spacious with its own bathroom as well. It was perfect. The layout of the townhome was perfect and very spacious, it was clean and all the furniture was comfortable. The bed was great and the bathroom was huge. I would absolutely stay here again, it couldn’t have been better!!! The owner was very responsive and wonderful to work with, all communication was very clear and detailed. Community is gated, safe, and beautiful. The only thing I would mention (it was a non issue for us) is that the condo is on the second floor with a flight of stairs (about 10 or so) to get to the front door. It was perfectly fine for us but I have friends who’s son is in a wheelchair and it’s really hard for them to book getaways because they never know.
