A great 2nd story location, with western exposure, facing a large greenbelt, with lemon & orange trees and close-by grapefruit! Desert Falls is a gorgeous area for walking, swimming, tennis, or golf! INDOOR The open living area features a comfortable sofa, two large chairs, a large Smart TV with cable, a fireplace, a wet bar, and a ceiling fan. It also opens up to the back patio. The adjacent dining area has seating for six and a spacious pass-through counter to the kitchen, making entertaining easy. The kitchen is large and easy to navigate, equipped with all stainless steel appliances, along with new cabinets and countertops. The refrigerator includes an ice and water dispenser. Additionally, a breakfast table is perfect for morning coffee. A full-size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. SLEEPING QUARTERS The main bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed with two nightstands and lamps, a 32-inch smart TV, and two large closets. It offers views of the greenbelt area to the west and south. The remodeled ensuite bathroom includes dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also has a comfortable king-sized bed with two nightstands and lamps, and it provides a view of the front entry area. The guest bathroom, which is located just outside the guest bedroom and off the dining area, features a walk-in shower. She thought of EVERYTHING when it came to supplying amenities. The property lacked nothing!! The property was bright, modern and well supplied. We had to purchase no household items during our entire stay which I believe was a first when staying at VRBO properties.Being on the second floor gave us a great view of the of our back yard - a golf course which more than compensated for climbing the stairsIf available we would definitely stay here again ##### Roy M. The mgmt company is very responsive to your needs. The condo is comfortable, exceptionally clean and has lovely furnishings.
