The unit was clean and generally well equipped. We particularly liked the king beds in each bedroom, the convenient location near the Ironwood entrance, and the patio with western exposure. The owner was very responsive to some comments, exceeding our expectations. We noticed some items that were showing signs of wear, but at the same time, a slightly sticky screen door that was not a concern to us, was replaced during our stay. It's just as advertised with a very well appointed kitchen stocked with a little bit of everything you might need, two lovely, comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bath, a terrific back patio & firepit just steps from the pool, & all in a beautiful, secure development. We reached out to see if early check in was an option just after booking. We finally received a response the morning of the stay with a cancellation. Owner said they do not accommodate bookings less than a week. I said no problem, what is the weekly price. She said it was not available and the unit was already occupied. This put us in a horrible situation and told us to look elsewhere. It should not be available for an instant book, beware of this owner. ##### jason g. The mountain view is outstanding from the rear patio which goes directly out to the community pool and spa. It met all of our needs.
