Home went through a full - down to the studs - renovation in 2020. We used high end finishes, furniture and appliances. The final product is not only beautiful and cozy but functional.

A stocked chef's kitchen awaits to enjoy family dinners, featuring stainless steel appliances as well as a toaster, blender, kettle, etc.
The open floor plan offers plenty of space for families or entertaining. The reclaimed wood dining room table will comfortably sit 6 guests.

The large living room has vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and is great for movie nights, in our 60 inch smart TV which also has a surround sound system.

The backyard overlooks the golf course, has outdoor sitting and a propane gas weber grill. Perfect for al fresco dining or evening cocktails.

Our master bedroom has a great king bed and a huge spa like bathroom featuring a large shower, double sinks and a tub.
We also have another beautifully appointed guest bedroom and bathroom, featuring a queen bed and a desk so you can work from home.
- Rooms feature new mattresses, with Pottery Barn Bedding. We also have full blackout shades for your comfort.
- All our showers are spa grade with great pressure and feature river rock flooring.

Theres a brand new GE commercial grade front loading washer and dryer in the laundry room. We provide detergent/softener and other general cleaning products. House is stocked with towels, bedding, etc.

We used LED lighting everywhere and added different sources of lighting for different moods in every room.

We have crazy fast wi-fi and premium cable (HBO and Showtime).

We offer a Keurig Coffe Maker, with a curated selection of coffee for your enjoyment.

Kids are welcome! Small pets are welcome too with a fee (but contact us first to get it approved).

Our country club is extremely safe, gated, and theres strict security to be allowed in. Very peaceful to walk around and explore the grounds.

Guests will have access to the whole house, including the back patio overlooking the green.

- Access to pools and hot-tubs within our grounds is included. Yes, all 36 of them! Enjoy!
- Theres always plenty of free parking either in our driveway or the street. The garage will usually be available as well but will depend on the dates and duration of your stay.
- Golf in our private country club might or might not be available to you as a guest depending on the month and if they are offering guest privileges. You will need to inquire at the clubhouse. You are eligible to purchase a membership though, or round packages (24 or 40) which can be shared with your spouse. Theres no joining fee. The above packages also give you access to the sports complex that boasts a full state of the art gym, some classes, tennis center, bocce courts, etc.

We manage the property ourselves to ensure everything is as we would expect. We throughly prepare for each stay with our cleaning crew, ensuring the house is spotless clean and fully equipped.

We are available via text, email or phone before and during your stay, and happy to help with local recos - but otherwise, you won't interact with us as the property has self check in capability.

Less than a mile away from famous el Paseo Drive and surrounding commercial areas, where you find any shop you might need, from Saks 5th Ave to Whole Foods or Trader Joes, as well as the best restaurants, bars and attractions in the Desert.

Downtown Palm Springs is a short and scenic 20 min drive in case you want to check out the shopping or bar/restaurant scene over there.

1. No shoes in the house please.
2. This is not a party house. We have a decibel meter that will alert us.
3. Quiet hours starting at 10pm - strictly enforced by Country Club
4. No smoking inside - only outside in back patio. FYI - All our Smoke detectors are smart and record smoke levels inside the house. They will alert us if the level changes. They are sensitive. Do not smoke (cigarette, hookah, etc) or vape inside the house as they will get tripped. Our fine for smoking inside the house is $500.
5. Country Club requires your mobile number and email to register you with security.
6. Small well behaved pets only (15 pounds or less) - Owner notification before booking & payment of pet fee required. Service dogs dont pay a pet fee but you need to send us the paperwork at the time of booking.
7. Theres no trash service. You will need to take trash to the trash center which is 2 blocks away within the country club.
