The 6 person dining table and large peninsula allows for ample room to spread out. Our open GREAT ROOM living area features a chic mini-bar, gorgeous fireplace and plenty of room to entertain or simply relax in front of the 65” TV with full Cable line-up, including Streaming Services and 500Mbps Internet. TWO spacious BEDROOMS, each featuring a KING BED and ENSUITE BATHROOM! The large DEN also has a KING BED and BATHROOM, plus direct access to the fetching atrium for both human and canine alike! Located on Monterey Golf Course with the Santa Rosa Mountains as a backdrop brings a new vista every day. This condo is very neat, clean and comfortable and in a quiet area. The updated appliances in the well-stocked kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. The open-floor plan allows for everyone to be included, whether prepping a meal, eating or relaxing in the comfortably furnished living room. The bedrooms are roomy with plenty of closet space. Guests are encouraged to take advantage of the community’s varied activities. We enjoyed playing golf and having meals at the clubhouse and felt welcomed everywhere we went. Karin checked on us during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. When our golf clubs arrived earlier than planned, Karin made sure they were put into the garage before we arrived. She was only a text away if we needed anything!This complex is centrally located in Palm Desert where shopping and sightseeing in the Coachella Valley is plentiful!
