"Staff alway acknowledged you when walking through the front door and were very friendly. Breakfast was OK, basically scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffles and a few extras like bread and bagels. Coffee was good. Room was comfortable and housekeeping only services your room once if you stay for 3 days, (excellent idea) ours just took away the used towels and gave us enough for our stay on day 2. Really appreciated that rather than housekeeping touching everything everyday. Excellent location next to the outlet malls, close to Trader Joe’s and a Walmart “Neighbourhood Market” 100 steps away. We faced the pool, so no traffic noise, just some kids in the pool noise. The room AC was excellent, not too noisy. I didn’t love the rolling “barn door” bathroom door. Not much privacy there! We booked through Expedia and there were no extra charges like I’ve experienced at other hotels (looking at you Homewood Suites with your $10 per day parking and trying to charge again for “resort fees” when booked through Expedia). The wifi worked great from our room. The only thing wrong with our room was the fridge, it was on Max and it barely cooled. Wouldn’t have been comfortable eating leftovers the next day. Their maintenance/repairs could be stepped up a bit. Lots of peeling wallpaper and drywall issues. I guess the summer heat takes it toll. All things considered it was a great experience."

"The room was a full one bedroom apartment. Double wide balcony, roomy kitchen, dining table for 6. Motion sensing night lights reduce late night falls. Walking distance to the resort and access to most of the facilities."
