This single level 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms (1094 SQFT) home features beautiful modern flooring (NO carpet), recessed lighting, vaulted ceilings and plantation shutters throughout. Upgraded bathrooms with modern vanities with dark cabinets and new fixtures. Chefs kitchen with white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Plenty of storage space! Spacious attached 2 car garage, and an enclosed patio with gorgeous views! The cherry on top? Golden Sun Estates is a gated community with VERY low HOA dues of $120/Month that include community pools , tennis Courts, Clubhouse and picnic areas. Centrally located in Palm Desert with excellent schools and shopping near by.
