Located in the Sandroc Condominiums complex, this 2BR/2.5BA desert condo offers easy access to shopping and fine dining at El Paseo, just a short walk away. Guests can enjoy a round of golf at Indian Wells or Desert Willow Golf Resorts, experience live performances at the McCallum Theatre, or venture out for a hike in the local area. If you prefer to stay close, take advantage of the shared pool and hot tub!

-No community clubhouse access- only access to community pool- no game room access
-Community washer & dryer only
-25-year age minimum for booking
-No pets
-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all 30+ night bookings not booked through Airbnb
-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over
-External contract to be signed
-Bookings made with credit card on any platform aside from Airbnb are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee if cancelled and qualifies for a refund.
