House had a great open floor plan. Enjoyed the golf cart use to go to and from the beach which is a must, just to far to walk especially on the dirt dusty road. Furniture and bedding somewhat uncomfortable but we managed. My wife and I enjoyed the whirlpool in the mornings some. Great low key area, would be nice for a permit to be left for tenants to use to get back across the Hammond bridge, the toll is ridiculous. Grab bars in showers, pet clean up instructions for check out and security chains on doors is my only negative opinions. The property manager was very responsive whenever we needed anything. A little confusing having to use hand held controls to operate various light switches throughout the house.
