The pool was a big hit. The dock is covered and great for dropping a line, but don't expect too many fish. A/C was great and super comfortable in the hot July weather. The sun room access to the living room was great. Only complaint, was the dog hair on floor in sun room that got all over us if we played in there. Overall, a great vacation and we will consider again in future. ##### Carlos E. It never got warm until the final few days we were there after a tech was sent to check the heater. They did refund us the charges for heating which was nice but it was disappointing that we were only able to swim about 3 of the 30 days we were there - and we specifically wanted (and paid for) a house with a private pool. There are no lounge chairs by the pool so be sure to bring your own. The living room furniture was nice to look at but extremely uncomfortable to sit in. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely updated and well stocked. This house is not as close to the beach as the listing indicates. ##### Cris Ann T. The beach is a 10 minute drive if there’s no traffic on the bridge. I had a book mis-delivered to the house and the property manager wanted to charge me a 25 fee plus postage to have it returned.
