Dec 3, 2025 #### Visit to 31 Bristol Lane, Sea Colony Despite arriving in the early hours of the morning I found access to the house and the Sea Colony community was as smooth as I could have expected. Although the contents of the house were older they were clean tidy and comfortable. The lanai area to the rear was very presentable and we spent most of our time there. Minor complaints would be the standard of the towels was below what we expected, and also improved lighting between the driveway and the front door during the hours of darkness would be beneficial, especially for female residents. Location... check. Affordability... check. Service... check. Twin Palms checked every box!! My husband, our dog Xena, and I recently stayed a couple months in this wonderful house in the gated community of Sea Colony, Palm Coast, FL. We wish we could have stayed longer! Every morning we enjoyed coffee in the screened in porch while we watched all sorts of birds on the lake - all while listening to the ocean waves crash the shore. Then it was time for a walk on the beach! At noon we would take the wide paved bike path to one of the local resturants. Afternoons were filled with mountain biking, pickleball, kayaking or visiting one of the several nature preserves nearby. Every few days we would jump in the car for an adventure to St. Augustine, Flagler Beach or Daytona. We found the house to be clean and spacious and the community was very welcoming to renters. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.
