The large family room and kitchen/dining area allowed us to comfortably watch movies, play games and eat meals. The pool was nice to jump in and cool off during a hot Florida summer day. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk from the house. The gated community limited the number of people in the neighborhood and beach area. Had everything you could possibly need ExCEPT a good night sleep. Service man came & checked AC. Problem was not AC but controlled by RING system. After 2 nights upstairs finally would go to 68\.
