There was an issue with the HVAC so we spent one night with no AC. Once I notified the owner Tim, he took immediate action and by the end of the day we had AC. Very clean, well equipped and a great location. The host was very helpful and got back to you immediately. The unit had everything you would need for your stay. The unit has a balcony that overlooks the courtyard. The courtyard has a gazebo that often had free entertainment. There are numerous restaurants and shops at the location. And a craft fair/farmers market on Sunday morning. Numerous walking trails surround the complex. No pool but about an 5 min drive to the beach.
