Welcome to your perfect coastal retreat! This 3-bedroom home in north Flagler Beach is steps from the serene shore and just 25 minutes from lively St. Augustine beaches. Relax on the beautiful decks with stunning coastal views and sunsets. A short drive to the European Village for dining and shopping, plus attractions like Marineland and Matanzas Inlet nearby. Historic downtown St. Augustine is only 30 minutes away, offering even more to explore during your stay!

Soak up the gorgeous morning sun on the spacious patios, whether you prefer sipping coffee in the shade or enjoying a drink in the sunshine. For indoor fun, the garage has been transformed into a game room complete with a ping pong table and TV perfect for entertaining after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for everyone to cook and enjoy a fun night in together! The cozy, spacious living room offers plenty of room to relax and unwind.

The house is fully available to guests. There are a few locked closets.

Situated adjacent to a protected nature preserve, this property offers a unique opportunity to experience Florida\`s rich and diverse ecosystem. Guests may observe a variety of native wildlife in the surrounding area, including varieties of birds, reptiles, small mammals, and numerous insect species. We appreciate your awareness and respect for the natural environment during your stay. Please also note to keep doors and windows closed so those pests don\`t join you inside.  
  
No smoking in the property.  
  
\*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.  
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn\`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).  
  
Pet Policy - We are happy to host your dogs! 2 dogs allowed, please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dog\`s alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog(s). We love to hear about them!  
  
\*Pet Fee - A pet fee will be charged, $175 1 or 2 dogs for the stay. Please let us know when booking your pet information. There is no pet fee for certified service animals, we do ask as a courtesy to let us know if you will be bringing a service animal during your stay.  
  
If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!  
  
Primary renter must be present on all bookings.  
  
There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.
