The bunk area is open and attached to the kitchen area. We had to be especially quiet when the little ones went to bed. The living areas were very spacious and the proximity to the beach was wonderful. We also enjoyed the Cinnamon Beach Resort Pools. The pools were heated and there was one especially for children with a play area that they loved. We were 40 minutes or so from St. Augustine and took in the St. Augustine Nights of Lights. Cinnamon beach was a breathtaking private beach that was just a short walk away. The sand is beautiful! The house was well equipped with everything you would need for a home away from home. It was also very clean and spacious for our family and friends. This house provided such a great experience for us and we will be back for many years to come! ##### dana c. We took a family trip and it accommodated 12 kids/adults comfortably. Beautiful sunsets on any of the 3 decks/patios overlooking the pond area. Steps from the ocean and pool area. From the moment we touched base with the property owner they made it such a smooth process. We chose this spot for our family vacation and it exceeded expectation, everyone from our 6 month old daughter to mine and my husbands parents were all able to enjoy this home and what it had to offer. We loved the privacy and having the heated spa pool which really made it our own little slice of heaven! The sunsets we saw made me have to pinch myself it was breath taking.
