Climate Considerations: In Northeast Florida, there are days during the winter months when air temperatures may not adequately support pool heating. Heat pumps are effective in climates where average daily air temperatures during pool season exceed 60°F. The views by pool and in the dock were amazing especially at sunrise and sunset. Being able to sit and relax was exactly what we needed. We traveled with another couple and it was great that we both had our own master suite. The home had everything we needed and it was close to everything. We went to the beach almost every day and enjoyed visiting the local restaurants and shops. Sitting on the patio, overlooking the pool and canal, was so relaxing. That was much needed for both of us. The house was welcoming, spacious, and had everything we needed. The check-in and check-out process was easy. The home was very clean. Valarie, the property manager, responded to all our emails promptly. The house was super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with supplies and all very well maintained. The two master suites were perfect for our group of 3, and the beds were very comfy. House was decorated tastefully and had a cozy beachy vibe. The best part was the private pool area overlooking the canal that had plenty of space and a beautiful view. We also appreciated how close the house was to the beach and local stores - about a 10 minute drive away. Would definitely stay here again in the future!
