This property accommodates two housebroken dogs (under 35 pounds) with a non-refundable pet fee of $150\. Approval is required for pets exceeding this limit. Free high-speed internet Washer & Dryer We supply a starter set of essentials for your convenience: shampoo, hair conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, & more. Exterior cameras at entry of home for your safety. IMPORTANT & REQUIRED: After booking you will be asked to complete guest verification through a trusted third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. Truvi will contact you via email to complete the verification.
